Instructional Design

Instructional Design is a process that ensures learning is goal-oriented, learner-centered, and measurable. This promotes stronger knowledge retention, skill development, and real-world application, with the goal of fostering a continuous learning culture that aligns with and supports broader business objectives. 

As Lead Instructional Designer, I begin all scoping calls with these two main questions:

• What gap are you trying to meet? What is the actual goal (reason) you want this education?

• How does this education impact the learners? Specifically, what are you wanting them to do differently in their daily work?
