Instructional Design
Instructional Design
Instructional Design is a process that ensures learning is goal-oriented, learner-centered, and measurable. This promotes stronger knowledge retention, skill development, and real-world application, with the goal of fostering a continuous learning culture that aligns with and supports broader business objectives.
As Lead Instructional Designer, I begin all scoping calls with these two main questions:
What gap are you trying to meet? What is the actual goal (reason) you want this education?
How does this education impact the learners? Specifically, what are you wanting them to do differently in their daily work?
